We are into 2 segments of REAL ESTATE in JOINT VENTURING. One is REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT and second is REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION. For a Joint Venture, the minimum budget would be Rupees One Crore and above. According the clients budget, we design the project.
 
  1. REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT:

    We identify the land according the clients budget and purchase it on clients’ name. Later on get the permission from appropriate authority for layout of plotting. Later on identify the customer segment and plan the project according the customer range. After getting the permission, start the marketing and develop the venture in all aspects, i.e., demarcation of the land into plotting, fixing individual boundaries for every plot, laying of roads, construction of boundary wall, plantations if any etc. After successful completion of the project, share the profits or service charges on the project cost, which ever applicable.

  1. REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION:
    We identify the land, which is good for construction purpose and purchase it on clients’ name. If the land is available for development purpose, we enter into agreement with the land owner. Later on get the permission from appropriate authority for constructing an apartment. We undertake the construction activity and marketing of the flats. After successful completion of the project, share the profits or service charges on the project cost, which ever applicable.
